Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it’s both safe
and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep patients and staff safe.
During this time, our office is following recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the requirements of state and local health officials.
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. These changes were made in order to ensure a safe environment for our patients, families, and teams. Changes include:

- Increasing personal protective equipment for staff members
- Screening patients and family members for illness prior to entering the office
- Asking all patients and family members to wear a face coverings within our office
- Reducing the number of people in our reception area
- Allowing greater time and space between patients to allow for social distancing
- Having hand sanitizer accessible within our practice
- Regularly cleaning surfaces throughout the office
